Terms and Conditions
Artwork:
In order to ensure a fast, efficient turnaround of your order, we will require artwork to be supplied to our specification. Please see the Order FAQ on our website or contact us or to discuss how best to submit your artwork.
Artwork Proofs:
We will supply an email proof of artwork prior to commencing your print job. We may be able to arrange a printed proof prior to production but a charge will normally apply - please contact us for further details.
Cancellations:
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Charges may apply to cancelled orders.
Carriage:
Will be charged on all orders unless otherwise agreed.
VAT:
Will be charged on all orders at the prevailing rate at time of despatch.
Claims:
All claims arising from damages, late delivery or partial loss in transit must be made in writing within three working days.
Corporate Logos:
Products shown on this site carrying names or trademarks do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied to the owner of the trademarks, but are meant to be representative of the effect that can be achieved by the creative personalising of merchandise.
Payment Terms:
First orders are normally transacted on a pro forma basis. Credit terms will normally be made available subsequently, subject to application and approval. Goods remain the property of the supplier until the account is paid in full.
Product Colours:
We have taken every care to accurately present product colours on this site. However, due to the nature of the colour print process, some product colours may not be shown as strictly accurate. If in doubt, please contact us to request samples.
Product Samples:
Samples are normally available on request. Samples will be invoiced unless otherwise agreed.
Product Specification:
All products featured on this site are correct at the time of last updating. However, no responsibility can be accepted for any product which may be altered or withdrawn by the manufacturer.
Quantity Variation:
All orders are subject to a very maximum 15% over/under run on printed goods. These will be charged for accordingly.
